I’m a High School Art teacher whose taught Visual Art since 2014.

For the last year I’ve had the opportunity to develop and practice teaching secondary curriculum using support systems like Universal Design for Learning, Culturally Responsive Teaching, and Differentiated Instruction. As I venture into the world of teaching I found myself beginning new endeavors as a 9-12th High School Art teacher in Ventura County.

When I’m not teaching Art in school, I can be found in my studio creating new paintings for upcoming exhibitions. I've spent the last 7 years developing my portfolio to showcase Contemporary Chicanx Culture. 

In June of 2016 I traveled and lived in Portugal for one month at an artist residency experiencing the local culture and making new art. Since then, I've created, exhibited, and taught Art in New York, Australia, New Zealand, Tasmania, and Samoa.

I'm excited to continue to share my journey. Welcome!
