I’m an Artist and High School teacher who has taught Visual Art since 2014.

My pedagogy is centered around student-based learning using Universal Design for Learning, Culturally Responsive Teaching, Differentiated Instruction, DEI, Social-Emotional Learning, and Champs Classroom Management.

When I’m not teaching art in school, I create new paintings for upcoming exhibitions in my studio. I've spent the last seven years developing my portfolio to showcase the Neo-Chicanx diaspora. 

In June 2016, I traveled and lived in Portugal for one month at an artist residency, experiencing the local culture and making new art. Since then, I've created, exhibited, and taught Art in New York, Australia, New Zealand, Tasmania, and Samoa.
